Healing begins with uncovering meaning in your story. I am here to walk through it with you.

Therapy is a gift. It is a chance to finally be heard, understood, and supported.
— Bessel Van Der Kolk

In my practice, I meet clients right where they are.

When working with children and teens, I create a safe, supportive, and expressive environment that allows them to fully be themselves and process emotions in their own way.

I am passionate about play therapy- rather than expecting a child to express their emotions verbally, play allows them to communicate struggles and process emotions, creating healing and behavioral change. Play is a child’s natural language and through it they can learn, heal, and grow.

When working with adults, I use modalities like talk therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to meet your needs.

If you’re searching for that extra help, I’m here. You can begin to unburden, let go of your past, and pursue your life: with more intention, purpose, meaning, and joy.

I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Winter, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and I truly am glad you’re here. I know reaching out for support can feel scary at first, but you don’t have to get started alone.

My therapeutic style is warm, nurturing & person-centered, with a playful spirit. Healing begins when we feel genuinely heard, safe, accepted without judgment, and when we’re met with lots of empathy.

Life is hard, but you can overcome challenges that keep you from truly thriving. Whether you’re looking to heal, grow, or just find new ways of coping, I’m ready to support you in moving forward.

Together, we can identify what keeps you feeling stuck.

Say yes to the feelings, even as you say no to the behavior.
